Consulting
civil engineer and layabout. I've lived in Flagstaff for the past 12 years,
and in Northern Arizona for the last 23. Married with two children still at
home.
Born 1951 in Tuscon, but raised in the Mojave Desert of Southern CA. First
motorcycle at 15. Started desert racing Bultacos in District 37 at age 18.
Heros were Larry Berquist and J.N. Roberts. When I gave up building
airplanes and decided to go back to college, I pretty much gave up serious
dirt bikes (with occasional relapses) as well.
Entered second childhood around 1996 with a used KDX 250. Desert raced the
KDX and several KTMs until 2000, when I took up repeatedly breaking my right
leg as an alternate hobby. Currently trail ride and do occasional enduros on
a well-used KTM 520 EXC. |
